FOREIGNERS’ LAW

Foreigners Law is a law that deals with the rights and freedoms of foreign real persons and legal entities in Turkey. In this context, non-Turkish citizens, refugees, minorities, immigrants can be considered. In recent years, our country has become a center of attraction for foreigners thanks to attracting tourism and foreign investment policies. Abolishing the reciprocity requirement, especially in real estate acquisition, has enabled tens of thousands of foreigners to acquire property from our country. “Forensis” provides legal support for the acquisition and extension of foreign residence and work permits, deportation, acquisition of real estate under Passport Law No. 5682, the Foreigners and International Protection Law No. 6458, and the International Labor Force Law No. 6735. We provide solutions to the problems of our clients in coordination with the Directorate General of Migration Management, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ministry of Customs and Trade and Land Registers.

On the other hand, Turquoise Card, which is a document that provides permanent working and residence rights in Turkey, is one of the innovations in this area. It is an important step taken in recent years in the country which has been heavily immigrated from many regions, especially Syria, in the scope of international workforce policy. In the fields of scientific, artistic, sportive, etc., qualified foreigners are employed in our country to make a contribution to the economy. Thanks to this system, the registration of refugees in our country will be facilitated, and participation in the economy will be accelerated. “Forensis” will carry out application and follow-up procedures on Turquoise Card which has not been implemented yet.
