ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Administrative Law is a law that enacts the rules concerning the activity and organization of the Administration whose individual or regulatory activities have an influence on our daily life. It ensures the equalization of the superiority and privileges of the public and the rights and freedoms recognized by law.

In this context, “Forensis” manages the processes in the administrative institutions such as Public Institutions and Organizations, Special Provincial Administrations, Municipalities, and independent administrative authorities such as Energy Market Regulatory Board (EMRA), Turkish Competition Authority, Public Procurement Authority. If the results cannot be obtained from these efforts, administrative penalties affecting the clients, such as cancellation of permits or licenses, expropriation, changes in the zoning plan, etc. are subject to full remedy action and annulment cases.

On the other hand, consultancy services are provided in areas such as concession agreements to be executed by the administration, licenses for build-operate-transfer investments, public-private partnerships (PPP), and obtaining environmental impact assessment (EIA) report for mining, wind, and electric energy investments. In the field of public procurement, legal support is also provided for issues such as preparation for procurement, bidding process, provisional and definitive guarantees, milestone payments.
