INSURANCE LAW
Insurance is a contract in which the “insured” pays “premiums” and the “insurer” promises to reimburse the first for certain types of losses (illness, property damage, or death) if they occur. Insurance Law is one of the most common areas of law practice. It can be challenged in many areas from compulsory earthquake insurance to financial managers' liability insurance, from health insurance to comprehensive insurance. It is also frequently used in land, railway, air, and sea transportation.

“Forensis” carries out processes in matters such as providing communication with insurance companies, making all kinds of notices and notifications, conducting legal proceedings before the Insurance Arbitration Center and Courts.
