CONSUMER LAW
Consumer Law is one of the most developed branches of law in recent years. The legal transactions whose one party a consumer, i.e., real, or legal person, acting for non-commercial or non-professional purposes, are subject to consumer law, therefore a different regime. This law, which is shaped around the Law on the Protection of Consumers (TKHK) no. 6502, has a very wide field of application, from grocery shopping to insurance, from loans from the bank to purchase of a house through modeling. In these types of transactions, the consumer is protected with favorable terms relative to normal or commercial transactions; since he cannot negotiate the contract and is forced to sign it.

In this context, “Forensis” carries out the processes such as communication with the goods or service provider, use of the elective rights such as change or repair of products, and refund of money. If the dispute cannot be resolved friendly, we register a complaint in the Arbitration Committee for Consumer Problems or Consumer Courts.
In addition, goods and services providers are among our services to adapt to the changes that have taken place in recent years to raise product and service standards within the context of consumer protection.
